Gentle Spirit Permanent Jewelry is the perfect addition to any event or party! We offer in-studio parties or we can travel to your event. We have done birthday parties, bachelorette or bridal parties, baby showers, and even weddings! Is your business hosting a grand opening or anniversary party? Invite us and we'll setup a small booth offering on-site permanent jewelry. This service helps bring people in and makes them stick around longer!
Private Parties
Whether you are having a birthday party, bachelorette, bridal or baby shower, we'd love to be there! Permanent jewelry adds a fun activity to your event but also lets your guests leave with a lasting memory. There is nothing more special than getting matching jewelry with your favorite people! We will bring all of our current stock of chains and charms and decor that fits the vibe. We can bring our own table and chairs so all you'll need to provide is electricity. We have a 5-guest minimum for private parties. This means at least 5 guests who will be getting permanent jewelry.
Weddings
We have a few options for permanent jewelry at weddings!
Option 1: Before the wedding-
There is nothing more special than getting matching permanent jewelry with your wedding party and moms before the ceremony. This is usually done during the getting ready process. If you have a hair or makeup artist coming to get you and your girls ready, we can provide our services during this time and rotate with whoever is waiting their turn to get ready.
Option 2: After you tie the knot-
If you plan to have a moment with your new spouse to sign your marriage certificate, you can hire us to come at that time and "make it permanent" with matching jewelry! This service can also be included with option #3
Option 3: During your reception-
We can setup a permanent jewelry booth at your reception and offer a fun, quick service for your guests. This is a great alternative to the old school party favors! You can either have guests pay for their own jewelry as they are getting it done, or we can run a tab for the couple to pay at the end of the night. We will be sure to match our setup to your event so that we can blend in, and we can have specially curated charms on hand for your guests.
Work events
If your business is having a grand opening, anniversary or seasonal party, invite us for FREE and we will set up a permanent jewelry booth at the event. We can also have specially curated charms to fit the vibe of the event or business! Employees will receive 10% off and the owner/host will receive a free bracelet as a thank you for inviting us.
Pricing
Our event pricing is the same as our usual permanent jewelry prices. The only extra fee applied is a travel fee if the event is over 20 minutes away from our studio. The travel fee is $1 per mile from the studio to your event. We do have limits on how far we will travel so be sure to reach out if you're unsure if it's too far.
